Ethan and Jimmy became part of Neighborhood Watch to make sure their hood is safe from perps. So far it’s been a boring duty, but after two months, the two boys are actually having a blast! Although most nights are just boring sessions of listening to each other rave about the rules, tonight is special: they’re finally after some actual hoodlums who have been TP-ing houses and cars in the neighborhood. These sexy delinquents are two young babes wearing barely anything but a couple of colored masks. Ethan and Jimmy chase them around the neighborhood until they finally corner them. Proud of catching these two brats, the boys finally unmask them, only to find that it is their stepsisters, Bunny and Indica, who are behind this crime wave. Now, they’ll have to find a way of punishing them so they learn their lesson, without actually harming their future with jail time.
